Building Surveyor
Interim Building Surveyor required for a local housing provider.
Duties will include,
- Pre / post inspections including high rise properties
- Quality check on contractors works
- Ensuring works are carried out to specification
- Stock condition surveys
- Working as part of wider asset management team
- Overseeing planned works programmes including kitchen replacement programme, bathroom replacement programme.
- Ideally you will have a HNC and experience of working within housing providers or local councils.
