We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers (FLT) for an immediate start at a leading manufacturing and logistics site in Belper, Derbyshire .

PAY - REACH TRUCK DRIVER (FLT)
- £15.12 per hour - Day shift
- £17.00 per hour - Afternoon shift
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- Weekly pay
SHIFT PATTERN (ROTATING SHIFTS or SET SHIFTS)
Monday - Thursday:
- 06:00 - 14:30 (Days)
- 14:30 - 23:00 (Afternoons)
Friday:
- 06:00 - 12:00
- 12:00 - 18:00
✅ Full-time hours
✅ Weekly rotating shifts
KEY DUTIES - REACH TRUCK DRIVER
As a Reach Truck Driver / FLT Operator , your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Reach Truck Forklift (FLT) safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures
- Following strict health & safety guidelines at all times
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues
- Supplying materials to fast-paced production lines (line feeding)
- Loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
- Supporting production changeovers and stock movement
- General warehouse and logistics duties
- Manual handling where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
✅ REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or NPORS)
- Minimum 12 months Reach Truck / FLT experience
- Strong understanding of safe FLT operation and warehouse health & safety practices
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience in roles such as FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, Reach Operator or Warehouse Operative
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
