Senior School Administrator - Nottingham - January 2026

A large and well-established secondary school in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior School Administrator to join its operations team from January 2026.

This is a key role within the school’s infrastructure, supporting senior leaders, pastoral teams and teaching staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

The Role

This is a senior administrative position with a broad remit and high level of responsibility.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing day-to-day administrative systems and processes

• Managing student records, admissions data and compliance documentation

• Supporting safeguarding administration and statutory returns

• Acting as a point of contact between leadership, staff and external agencies

• Line-managing administrative staff where appropriate

• Supporting senior leaders with reporting and operational planning
