Job description
D. G. Green & Sons Limited are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors working throughout Northern Ireland. Due to the award of a new contract, we are seeking to recruit experienced Skilled Civils Groundworker's to join the D G Green & Sons Limited Civils Division. Earthworks and general civils work.
Responsibilities
- Earthworks and general civils work.
- New drainage installs, maintenance and repair work.
- Foul and storm installs.
- Concreting works.
- Utilities installations and maintenance.
- All finishing works (paving, brick paving, kerbing, fencing, landscaping).
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience of working on Civil Engineering Projects.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow compliance with all current client processes and procedures.
- Communication skills.
- Be competent in the use of Stihl Saws / Wacker plates / trench compactor / mini digger / jackhammer and hold the correct certification to complete the works.
Desirable Skills
- Class 1 or Class 2 HGV Licence.
- Trailer Licence.
