As a Bank Support Worker in Dunstable, you’ll support people with learning disabilities to enjoy what matters most to them - from walks and cafés to hobbies and time at home. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally good at listening and taking cues from the people we support. You’ll treat each person with dignity and respect, follow their lead on routines and choices, and use a caring, patient approach full of encouragement.
We can teach you the skills – what matters most is your kindness, willingness to listen, and desire to make someone’s day brighter.
If you’re offered a role, you’ll need an enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).
