Our client is an established specialist distributor of medical supplies, equipment and consumable products to public and private healthcare providers across the UK and Ireland. This business supplies market-leading healthcare solutions while providing ongoing technical and clinical support to end users.

They are now seeking a National Account Manager to grow a specialist product range across hospitals, private clinics and healthcare facilities throughout Ireland.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L within national account management or territory management.

• Medical device, healthcare or clinical sector experince required.

• Comfortable working within hospital and clinical environments

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Confident delivering product demonstrations and customer consultations

• Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage accounts across multiple locations

• Full, clean driving licence

• Willingness to cover NI and ROI.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts across hospitals, private clinics and healthcare facilities throughout Ireland

• Build relationships with department heads, clinical professionals, theatre managers and procurement teams

• Grow revenue across existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations through to order completion and after-sales support

• Conduct on-site customer consultations, product demonstrations and assessments

• Advise customers on product selection and the most appropriate solutions for their requirements

• Prepare quotations, tenders and proposals in line with pricing and margin guidelines

• Coordinate customer visits around hospital and clinical schedules

• Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer activity, orders and sales opportunities

• Attend relevant trade exhibitions, clinical conferences and internal sales meetings

• Monitor industry developments, competitor activity and relevant regulations

• Work closely with customer service, logistics and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
