Summary:
You will be part of the maintenance team ensuring the efficient and safe oper ation of equipment and facilities through the performance of routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery/equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
Perform mechanical and/or electrical and/or plumbing repairs
Liaise with full spectrum of service providers and engineers
Produce service reports and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Upload documents accurately and create actions as directed
Service diary management
Ensure works are completed in the relevant timescales
Procurement of goods and services .
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical skills
You will need reasonable understanding of mechanical and/or electrical and/or plumbing and / or carpentry principles You will have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
