Based at our Birmingham Service Centre, you'll work from one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in the UK. Opened in 2021 following a major investment, this 82,000 sq. ft Centre of Excellence has been purpose-built around lean manufacturing principles and is equipped with cutting-edge digital technologies, advanced machining capabilities and state-of-the-art additive manufacturing.

Operating 24/7, the site delivers world-class maintenance, repair and overhaul solutions for pumps, motors, generators, compressors, turbines and other critical rotating equipment across a wide range of industries.

What you'll be doing

• Operating manual lathes, mills and borers

• Precision machining of new and refurbished components

• Mechanical fitting, assembly and repair work

• Working from engineering drawings and specifications

• Supporting complex overhaul and refurbishment projects

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Fitter, Machinist or Mechanical Engineer

• Strong manual machining skills

• Ability to work to tight tolerances

• Pride in producing quality workmanship

• Metal spraying experience would be a distinct advantage

Hours of work

Monday - Thursday : 07:00 - 15:45

Friday : 07:00 - 14:30
