The opportunity is to join a leading and award-winning IT Managed Services and Managed Security Services Provider, based in Milton Keynes and London.
The business has a global 24-7 support offering for its clients and boasts a 98.2 Service Level Agreement achieved and a 97.5% customer satisfaction rate.
The role
It combines commercial support with owning a portfolio of smaller clients. The person will be the named commercial contact for about 25-30 smaller business clients, covering hardware refresh, Microsoft licence changes, renewal reviews and new opportunities.
They'll also turn quote and order requests from our Client Account Managers into accurate quotes, purchase orders and on-time deliveries. That includes margin checks, supplier pricing, deal registration and returns. There's a clear path to Client Account Manager within about 12 months, and full training is provided.
Who we're looking for
- Early in your career is fine. Attitude, drive and willingness to learn matter more than years of experience.
- Must have dealt with clients before, for example in account coordination, customer success, B2B customer service or sales support.
- Organised and accurate, confident on the phone and video, and commercially curious.
- Experience at an MSP, IT reseller, distributor or telecoms company is a big plus, but not essential.

Based in or very close to Milton Keynes. The role is office-based.
Package
Circa £32,000 base, depending on experience, plus commission.
