Need meal prep assistance for a week of healthy lunches
I’m looking for a reliable person to help me prepare healthy, balanced meals for the upcoming week. I live in the UK and would prefer home-cooked lunches and some simple dinners, batch-cooking where possible. I have specific dietary preferences: lunches should be high in protein with plenty of vegetables, and I’d like to avoid dairy and gluten. I’ll provide a rough weekly plan and some groceries, but I’m open to suggestions for recipes and portion sizes. It would be ideal to have a consistent schedule, with cooking done in my kitchen and some basic clean-up after each session.
