Require help preparing meals at home for the week
I’m looking for assistance with planning and preparing simple, nutritious meals for the week. I’d like guidance on a balanced menu, grocery list, and batch cooking for 4-5 days. Preferences: no dairy, no pork, mostly vegetarian options with occasional chicken. Experience with safety and portioning is important. Ideally someone who can come in for a few hours, set up the kitchen, label containers, and leave clear instructions for re-heating. Flexibility on days and start times, but I’d prefer mornings. Please share any relevant references or previous meal prep work.
