Reporting into the senior People leadership team, you will partner with Executive Directors and their leadership teams across key business functions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic people partnering support to Executive-level stakeholders
- Supporting organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
- Advising on organisational effectiveness, leadership and capability
- Influencing and coaching senior leaders through change
- Supporting business transformation and cultural change programmes
- Facilitating complex stakeholder and employee relations discussions where required
- Building strong relationships across a matrix organisation
- Acting as a trusted adviser on people strategy and risk
