Interim Operations Director

Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Operational Director. This Interim Operational Director will be an experienced and commercially minded leader, responsible for supporting multiple hospital sites, driving operational performance and leading service transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead operational strategy and performance across the Neuro Division Oversee the transformation and development of specialist neurological and spinal care services Support the conversion of existing care services into hospital level provision Ensure strong CQC, governance, quality and compliance standards Drive operational efficiency, service improvement and sustainable growth Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, clinicians, insurers and commissioning bodies Lead and develop senior operational teams across the division Identify opportunities for service development and improved patient pathways Support innovative clinical and operational models across the division Provide leadership across multiple sites, with travel to London and nationally as required Requirements: Significant senior hospital operational leadership experience, such as Hospital Director, Divisional Director or Operations Director Previous experience within the private/independent healthcare sector Strong understanding of private and insurance-funded healthcare pathways Experience managing complex clinical services and/or multi-site operations Proven experience leading service transformation or development Based in the South of England and able to travel nationally If you are interested in the above position please apply, or for more information contact Ella Bryett at Domus Recruitment.
