IQVIA seeks an Associate Account Manager to support project delivery, financial management, and client coordination. The role involves managing project budgets, preparing reports, facilitating client communications, and ensuring quality execution of programs within timelines and financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage project financial performance, budgets, and change orders for assigned projects
- Prepare financial reports and participate in project health reviews with stakeholders
- Coordinate client project status meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute reports
- Support proposal development and bid presentations as needed
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or communications industry
- Project coordination and financial management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Pharmaceutical or medical communications experience preferred
