YOUR JOB
Step in as the go-to lead when the General Manager is away, keeping everything running smoothly
Own and drive the delivery of top-tier customer care, making sure every guest has a great experience
Keep a close eye on daily operations to ensure all company processes and standards are consistently met
Support our GM in her duties, including room checks and follow-ups on action plans and reports
Act as a hands-on leader on the floor — jumping in where needed and leading by example
Help motivate, guide, and develop the team to maintain a positive, high-energy work environment
Spot opportunities for improvement and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
A hands-on mindset — you’re not afraid to jump in and get things done
A natural people person with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership when it counts
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus)
A good understanding of operational processes and an eye for detail
Positive energy and the ability to contribute to a fun, team-driven atmosphere
