Blank Street is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader in Edinburgh to drive sales and enhance customer experience. You'll support your General Manager in training staff, creating positive customer interactions, and building a loyal customer base. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, championing café culture with a welcoming approach.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to meet café needs. A full-time commitment of 35 hours per week is expected, including peak days.
