Customer Service & Sales Assistant Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week In a Nutshell Half the job is sorting problems out, the other half is spotting an opportunity when you see one. We're after a Customer Service & Sales Assistant for our Glasgow team who can do both, someone who's as comfortable answering a tricky question as they are turning a good conversation into a sale. The Bits That Matter Service side:
- Meeting customers in residential areas across Glasgow
- Sorting out questions and concerns on the spot, no script-reading
- Making sure people walk away happy, whether they buy anything or not
- Spotting when a customer's genuinely interested and following it through
- Explaining products/services in a way that actually makes sense
- Closing where it's the right fit — never pushing where it isn't
- You're planning your own day, your own route, your own pace
- Your pay moves with your results — simple as that
- Good listener first, good talker second
- Not precious about hearing "no" now and then
- Comfortable working solo, without someone checking in every hour
- Keen to build a proper skill set in both service and sales
- OTE £600–£750/week, commission-only
- Full training, no experience necessary
- Freedom over how your working day looks
- A real path up into senior roles
