Cover Supervisor - Southampton

Supply Desk are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to work within a supportive secondary school in the Southampton area. Are confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.
Can deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
Are adaptable, organised and able to think on their feet.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold a degree or relevant experience working within schools (desirable but not essential).
Are passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their potential.
