School Business Manager - Exceptional School - Leicester
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a strategic and meticulous School Business Manager for a flagship secondary school in Leicester. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP, essential for the operational and financial health of the academy.
The Role
Financial Oversight: Manage the school’s budget, procurement processes, and financial reporting with total precision.
HR & Operations: Lead the administrative and premises teams, ensuring all personnel records and site contracts are maintained to the highest standard.
Strategic Planning: Act as a key advisor to the Headteacher and Governors, providing technical support for long-term site development.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and data protection laws within a well-ordered workplace.
