Assembly Production Operative, Rhodesia Worksop

This Assembly Operative role will involve working with very small components, so would be well suited for those with an interest in fiddly hobbies, such as nail or model painting, sewing, crafting etc.

If you have any experience in an Assembly Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative or similar this would be desirable, however if you work with small-scale products in a hobby we would be keen to speak with you.

Main Duties of an Assembly Production Operative:

• Assembling and soldering small components
• Prepping and cutting wires to specification
• Following diagrams and drawings to build the end product
• Testing and quality checking products
• Packaging of products
• Using great attention to detail
• Crimping and trimming cables

Details of the Role:

• £26,499.20 per annum
• 33 days holiday after 12 weeks
• 39 paid hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30am–16:30pm
• Friday: 07:30am–12:30pm

Requirements of an Assembly Production Operative:

• Previous experience working with small-scale products is desirable – even if just as a hobby!
• Soldering experience is a bonus (but not essential)
• Must have excellent eye for detail for inspection purposes
• Previous experience in an Assembly Operative or similar manufacturing environment role is desirable
