Key Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices
- Audit current social media and customer communication efforts
- Identify optimal channels and platforms for engagement (Website, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Develop content themes and engagement ideas tailored to each channel
- Create a strategic proposal with actionable recommendations
- Present findings and proposed strategy to the team at project conclusion
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Passion for social media, branding, and digital engagement
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Must be able to work in the office in Woking
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Understanding of financial services industry
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of content creation and management
- Previous project development experience
- Interest in customer engagement strategies
