This position is ideal for a presentable M&E specialist, who enjoys overseeing projects in unique and challenging environments. Our client is a highly regarded M&E maintenance contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical, HVAC and combustion systems across commercial, heritage and public buildings throughout Central London. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing RAMS, ensuring they are fully compliant.
* Overseeing projects and hitting targets.
* Winning and tendering for projects.
* Liaising with customers and clients. The successful Project Manager should have:
* Extensive experience overseeing construction projects
* Strong knowledge in the M&E sector .
* Experience within commercial buildings, museums or other types of public buildings.
* Extensive knowledge of RAMS, CDM management and site health and safety.
