Charge Nurse

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Poole, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic provides exceptional standards of care within modern, fully equipped facilities featuring advanced medical technology

As a Lead Nurse your key duties include:
• Provide high-quality, individualised, patient-centred care at all times
• Support, mentor, and guide colleagues to promote effective teamwork and development
• Deliver safe and effective haemodialysis treatment in accordance with each patient’s prescribed care plan
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including external healthcare providers and hospital trusts
• Take responsibility for leading shifts and ensuring smooth coordination of care delivery
• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with patients, service users, and all stakeholders
• Follow organisational policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines, contributing to their ongoing review and improvement
• Continually develop professional knowledge and clinical skills relevant to renal nursing and patient care
• Apply evidence-based practice and actively contribute to evaluating research to enhance and improve patient outcomes

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Renal Nursing experience is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to change
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing
• Able to work effectively within a team

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

The successful Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 - £43,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
• 35 days’ paid leave per annum, including bank holidays
• Monday to Saturday working pattern
