We are seeking an enthusiastic School Business Manager for a high-performing secondary school in Clifton. This role is for a September 2026 start. We are looking for an individual who can lead by example in the administrative office, helping students and staff through organised and efficient business management.

Responsibilities

• Transform the school’s business processes through modern digital workflows

• Lead on the management of the school’s risk register and continuity planning

• Coordinate the induction of non-teaching staff and professional development

• Manage the school’s budget to ensure maximum impact on student outcomes

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in a relevant field or significant professional experience in SBM

• High standards of professional conduct and communication

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £47,000 – £55,000

• Full-time, permanent position (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
