About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across different age groups

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support students in both their educational and social development
• Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you should have:

• Experience working with children
• Strong communication skills
• Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Math)
• A positive attitude, along with patience and flexibility
• A relevant teaching qualification (such as Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
