Work Available in Kettering (NN14, NN15, NN16, NN17, PE8)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants or Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our friendly and supportive supply team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Supply Level 3 TA or HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons when the class teacher is away
• Supporting learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2
• Helping manage the classroom and providing support to individual or small groups of pupils
• Working closely with teachers to help all pupils achieve their best
• Creating a safe and positive learning environment for every child

What You’ll Need:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A HLTA qualification, Level 3 or similar (Level 4 or higher)
• Previous experience working in primary schools
• Confidence in delivering lessons and managing groups
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service , or willingness to apply
