You'll also have plenty of support from the office, marketing, customer service and logistics teams.
What do I need?
A background as an Area Sales Manager seling into garden centres is key for success in this role.
What matters is how you sell and how you build relationships.
You'll need:
- Strong B2B sales or account management experience
- A natural ability to build trust with customers
- Good commercial awareness and a desire to grow
- Confidence identifying and developing new opportunities
- Excellent organisation and territory management skills
- A consultative, customer-focused approach
