Senior Finance Assistant - Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a hospitality background, looking for a new and exciting challenge? This minimum 9 months, fixed term maternity position, could be just what you are looking for. Are you comfortable multi-tasking and enjoy working at a fast pace, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Senior Finance Assistant include:

• Invoice processing
• Supplier Statement Reconciliations
• General office administration
• Daily income audit to company standard
• Processing petty cash requests
• Assist in the preparation of month end accounts
• Assist the Financial Controller in reconciling specific balance sheet accounts
• Assist the Financial Controller with all payroll procedures

What are we looking for:

• Previous experience in a finance or admin role
• Experience of Opera/similar is advantageous
• Experience of Word, Excel, Email
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work using initiative and as part of a team
• The ability to work to a high standard, while managing a busy workload
• The ability to work accurately under pressure

• Working hours: 40 hours, typically Monday to Friday office hours
