- Définissez l'allocation stratégique et tactique des actifs en cohérence avec le mandat du Fonds.
- Identifiez et développez un pipeline d'opportunités en Guinée, en Afrique et à l'international.
- Pilotez les analyses, valorisations, due diligences, négociations et structurations.
- Construisez un portefeuille diversifié selon les objectifs de rendement, de risque, de liquidité et d'impact.
- Suivez la performance des investissements et recommandez les arbitrages nécessaires.
- Préparez les dossiers soumis aux instances de décision.
- Développez des partenariats de co-investissement avec des acteurs institutionnels de référence.
