- Oversee coordination with fund administrators, custodians, and third-party service providers
- Act as the key operational contact for investment teams, ensuring efficient handling of operational requests
- Coordinate with internal corporate functions including IT and corporate services
- Monitor operational workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality and issue resolution
- Lead vendor onboarding processes, including due diligence and documentation
- Maintain operational controls, procedures, and documentation standards
- Track operational budgets, monitor costs, and support invoice and payment processes
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance
