VAT Manager / Senior Manager, North-West UK : £Attractive

A new role has arisen in a successful growing regional accounting practice with a great client network and an impressive reputation in the region. Joining one of the UK’s leading accountancy firms that form part of an International network you will be responsible for providing high-quality VAT advice and contributing to the growth of the practice:
What you will do:
● Deliver practical, commercial advice on complex VAT and indirect tax issues to owner-managed, listed, and multinational businesses.
● Identify and promote VAT service opportunities with colleagues and clients.
● Manage VAT projects efficiently.
● Help develop and mentor consultants in the team.
● Build relationships with intermediaries and external stakeholders.
● Contribute thought leadership through articles and presentations.
What they need:
● An experienced Indirect Tax professional at Manager or Senior Manager level with experience gained in a professional services firm.
● Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
● Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
There is plenty of room to develop and grow your career to Director level and beyond, and a technically diverse range of interesting work to step into.
