Our client is a small and friendly transportation company based just North of London. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day accounts functions of the business. Responsibilities including:
- Process incoming orders
- Post daily receipts
- Mange the invoice schedule ensuring it is up to date
- Credit control – send regular statements and chase payments by email and telephone
- Quarterly VAT return Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Sales Ledger and Purchase ledger duties ·
- Payroll
