Accounts Assistant

Salary £13 per hour

Our client is a small and friendly transportation company based just North of London.  They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day accounts functions of the business. Responsibilities including:

• Process incoming orders
• Post daily receipts
• Mange the invoice schedule ensuring it is up to date
• Credit control – send regular statements and chase payments by email and telephone
• Quarterly VAT return Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Bank & credit card reconciliations
• Sales Ledger and Purchase ledger duties ·
• Payroll
