This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced SEND professional to play a key leadership role within a thriving school community that genuinely places inclusion, aspiration and student wellbeing at the centre of its vision. • Lead the development of differentiated and personalised learning approaches
• Monitor, assess and evaluate SEND provision and student progress through effective use of data
• Support staff through guidance, coaching and the sharing of outstanding inclusive practice
• Ensure statutory responsibilities regarding EHCPs and SEND provision are consistently met to a high standard
• Support smooth transition processes for students joining or moving through the school
• Contribute to wider Trust-wide SEND strategy and collaborative practice
What the school is looking for:
• A fully qualified SENCo (essential)
• A strong classroom practitioner with excellent knowledge of SEND and inclusion
• A child-centred leader with high expectations and a collaborative approach
• Someone passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners
• An individual who can inspire staff, build strong relationships and drive positive change

• Excellent CPD and leadership development opportunities
• A vibrant, diverse and ambitious school community

• The chance to shape whole-school inclusion strategy and practice
• A rewarding leadership role with genuine long-term progression opportunities
