An opportunity has arisen within the derivatives and structured finance team at this Magic Circle practice. The team act for major financial institutions, including investment banks, and commercial banks, alternative capital providers, or corporate originators, investors, portfolio managers, insurers, and rating agents. Many of their clients operate on a global basis providing complex and cutting edge work for the team. They offer a balanced mix of transactional and advisory work.

Their experience is spread across a range of asset classes, jurisdictions and product types, advising a core group of leading financial institutions as well as corporates, sponsors and other market participants. They have extensive experience of a wide of range of structured equity and equity derivative products, as well as particular specialisms in cash and synthetic prime brokerage. Their practice has been at the forefront of the development of the secured stock-lending markets, and they are seeing growing opportunities in ESG derivatives and crypto products. They have a strong flow of rates and FX product work, often in the context of much larger transactions. They work closely with colleagues in financial services, ECM, M&A and DR, and have a global network of derivatives specialists who they work with regularly.

To be considered for this role you should have a strong academic record and experience gained at a Magic or Silver Circle or US firm in the City. Excellent Magic Circle remuneration, great benefits in a supportive team and a transparent career track.
