As a Graduate Academic Coach, you will support secondary students across a range of curriculum subjects. You will work with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them revisit key topics, improve understanding and develop stronger study habits. You will also support classroom learning by encouraging focus, confidence and academic progress. The Candidate:
This role will suit a motivated graduate who can explain ideas clearly and build positive relationships with young people. You should be organised, patient and confident supporting students with different academic abilities. - 2:2 degree or above in any subject.
- A genuine interest in secondary education and academic support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
