More about your role
As a Planned Programme Admin Officer within our Repair Opertations team, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our electrical planned testing programme. Working closely with contractors, internal teams and customers, you'll help ensure the smooth coordination and administration of compliance-related activity across our housing portfolio.
You'll act as a day-to-day contact for contractors, process orders and variations, support invoice management, maintain accurate records and systems, and provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager. You'll also coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, manage shared inboxes and help ensure subcontractor orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Criteria
- Must have excellent computer literacy, especially MS office, specifically Excel, excellent organisation skills are essential
- The post holder must possess a high level of customer focus always working to address and exceed customer needs regarding the delivery of an efficient electrical planned program service.
- The post holder must accept the need for flexibility and be willing to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations as required
More about you
You're a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll be confident managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records and building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and ideally have experience working with CRM, asset management or other business systems. Experience supporting compliance programmes, such as electrical or gas compliance, would be advantageous, as would previous experience dealing with customer queries and contractor management processes.
This role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
