Assistance with miscellaneous relocation tasks needed

I'm moving houses and need a hand with various small tasks to make the move smoother. The job involves helping load and unload boxes, moving small furniture between rooms, packing delicate items securely, and possibly setting up basic furniture at the new place. I’m looking for a practical, reliable helper who can follow simple instructions, handle lifting safely, and bring basic moving tools if available. Some planning on the day and flexibility for an estimated 3–4 hours would be ideal. Please note access is straightforward with a lift and there’s a short walk between locations. If you have a van or trailer and can assist with transportation, I’d consider that as well, but it’s not essential.
