Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven previous experience : A minimum of two years in a similar role within the cruise industry or a high-end hotel setting.; Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent English and proficiency in at least two other Asian languages(Japanese/Korean/Mandarin); Soft Skills Mastery: Strong communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills with a natural ability to empathize and adapt to diverse situations.; Service-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring every guest feels heard and supported. ;
