Electroplater
We are looking for an experienced electroplating operator.
The person ideally would have run a barrel plating line with experience in all aspects of the process including line set up and close down and full process control
£15.00 to £15.50 per hour - weekly pay
Based in Bloxwich
Days - 37.5 hours per week
Choose to work Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm or Monday to Thursday 7.30 - 4.30pm and Friday 7am - 12.30pm
Duties of an Electroplater
- Mix and Maintain chemical baths
- Calibrate and set machine controls
- Quality Control - inspect for consistency and defects
- Working with Nickel and Zinc
Experience required for an Electroplater
- Understanding of electroplating and metal finishing principles
- Good maual dexterity for handling delicate or heavy jigs
- Precision in measuring chemicals and monitoring process parameters
- Manufacturing and production
