Events & Marketing Assistant

Liberty is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive Events & Marketing Assistant with the ability to manage multiple priorities to join the team in London.

In​​ this fast-paced environment role, the Events & Marketing Assistant will provide essential support to the events and marketing team in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality events and campaigns, while contributing to the overall visibility and success of the organisation's and events and marketing activity.  This includes assisting with event logistics, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, and supporting and carrying out administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities of the Events & Marketing Assistant:

• Supporting the Events Lead with day-to-day events, including admin, coordination and liaising with various brands.
• Keeping an events case studies deck up to date with photography, results and feedback from brands.
• Responsible for customer ticketing via appointed and guest lists, customer service, and refunds for events.
• Responsible for all Retail Activations, working with brands and internal teams to ensure brand activities are communicated in a timely and efficient manner, using brand creative where needed.
• Supporting Creative Producer with ideation, supplier research and costing out production elements.
• Overseeing redeemable barcodes with IT/Retail. Admin, P.O's and invoices.
• Runner for all events set up/on-site/de-rig.
• Support to Retail Marketing Manager where needed on day-to-day marketing campaigns, Projects and Admin.

• Clear, friendly communication with brands, suppliers, colleagues and customers
• Accuracy and care with admin, including ticketing, guest lists, purchase orders and invoices
• Good judgement when handling customer enquiries and refunds
• Comfort with records and data, including GDPR, and the habit of documenting event results and feedback
• A hands-on attitude at events, from set-up to de-rig
• A genuine interest in retail, events and creative brands
• Experience in events, marketing or retail is a plus.
