Classroom Cover Supervisor - Role Information:

* Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects.
* Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Keep students engaged and focused throughout the lesson.
* Provide a brief handover to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.

Classroom Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements:

* A confident and professional classroom presence.
* The ability to manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students.
* A minimum of two months' UK-based experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring or similar settings).
* A reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
