Autism Support Worker

You’ll be working full-time, supporting children with autism to thrive in a warm, inclusive environment where every small win is a big deal.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism.
Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured and joyful learning environment.
Helping children develop communication, social and emotional skills — and celebrating every step they take.
Bringing positivity, patience and practical strategies to your role, every single day.

Someone with experience supporting children with SEND, especially autism (school-based experience is a plus).
A nurturing, flexible approach and a genuine belief in every child’s potential.
A great communicator who works well with pupils, staff, and parents alike.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
