We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead and transform our operational functions across fast-paced companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire operational function across all seven business entities.
• Drive significant improvements in operational processes and procedures, bringing a "sharpening" mindset to current practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operational professionals.
• Ensure effective end-to-end contract delivery and operational execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of the interconnected operations across all companies, identifying areas for synergy and improvement.
• Strategically contribute to the overall business direction, with a clear path to potentially assume the Managing Director role within two years.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Proven senior -level operational leadership Experience, ideally within a multi-company or fast-growth environment.
• A "real Dynamo" with a track record of shaking things up and driving significant positive change.
• Exceptional ability to implement and refine operational procedures, balancing efficiency with necessary structure.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated operational acumen and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
• Cultural mindset focused on continuous improvement and strategic growth.
