Administration Officer (Temporary, Full-Time) - Liverpool
Our Client, a reputable government organisation, is hiring for a dedicated Admin Officer to join their Legal Admin and Rota Support team in Liverpool until the end of March 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the justice system while developing your administrative skills in a supportive environment.
* Undertaking all administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and conclude hearings efficiently.
* Providing excellent customer service by engaging face-to-face, via telephone, and through written correspondence, guiding users and stakeholders-including those with complex needs-to appropriate support and information.
* Using HMCTS service scripts and knowledge articles to direct users to relevant services, ensuring clear and specific responses to all queries.
* Supporting complaint procedures, assisting users through resolution processes, and updating case management systems as required.
* Identifying and reporting risks related to HMCTS buildings, supporting safety protocols, and responding promptly to issues.
* Processing work according to standard operating procedures to meet performance and service standards.
* Managing case files with accurate data entry, secure information handling, and compliance with data retention policies.
* Handling jury service tasks such as selection, deferral, and attendance tracking, including processing expenses and court fees.
* Assisting with listing and scheduling to optimise judicial time and respond to urgent matters efficiently.
* Providing judicial support, including diary management and administrative assistance.
* Supporting enforcement activities, including financial assessments and producing basic reports.
* Contributing to health and safety operations, including facility checks, issue logging, and safety governance. What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
* Ability to follow procedures accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
* Experience in customer service or administrative roles is desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety awareness.
* Competence in using standard office software and case management systems. Additional information:

* Contract: until end of March 2027
* Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
