The role involves producing competitive mechanical tenders across HVAC, plumbing, heating, and associated building services systems within commercial environments. You will work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate, commercially viable bids that align with project requirements and client expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare mechanical estimates from drawings and specificationsConduct detailed take-offs and cost analysisPrice labour, materials, plant, and subcontract packagesLiaise with suppliers and negotiate competitive ratesSupport bid submissions and tender documentationProvide value engineering input during pre-constructionWork closely with project delivery teams for buildability inputMaintain cost records and market benchmarking dataRequirementsExperience as a Mechanical Estimator in building services / M&EBackground in commercial construction, FM, or fit-out environmentsStrong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret drawings and technical specsStrong commercial and analytical skills ton Keynessalary.
