In this role, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team of consultants focused on delivering transformative supply chain solutions to our clients in the Consumer Products, Retail, Foodservice, Distribution, and Automotive industries.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue business development opportunities, leading proposal development and client presentations.Develop and maintain deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on supply chain strategy and operations.Manage complex client engagements, overseeing project delivery, budget, and risk.Lead and grow a team of consultants focused on consumer supply chain transformations.Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of Deloitte's supply chain offerings and methodologies.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Connect to your skills and professional experience Extensive relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with a focus on the consumer sector (across CPG, Retail, Hospitality & Leisure, Foodservice, Distribution, Logistics, Automotive).Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end supply chain transformations, from strategy to implementation.Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, methodologies, and technologies, including:Supply chain network strategy and designWarehousing and distribution optimizationLogistics and transportation managementManufacturing and operations excellenceSupply chain technology implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)Strong experience in supply chain cost reduction initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Connect to your business - Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
