Our client is a leading leisure centre and facilities management operator, that operates sites across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a General Manager to join one of their leading sites based in Surrey.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- To ensure financial targets are achieved.
- To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Centre.
- To ensure the Centre operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
- To ensure the Quality Management Systems are interpreted throughout the site.
- To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
- To assist the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team with specific projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years General Management experience within a large multi use leisure operation. You must have excellent commercial, operational and people management skills. In return you will join an organisation that offers fantastic benefits and an enagaging work based culture.
