Tax Advisory Senior
Manchester City Centre + Hybrid working
£38,000 - £48,000 + Benefits
- Deliver tax advisory work across capital gains, property transactions, succession planning, business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and MBOs.
- Manage a portfolio of private clients, business owners and families, providing clear, tailored tax planning advice.
- Prepare high quality tax reports and planning documents, explaining complex issues in a straightforward way.
- Lead and support on transactional matters, including due diligence and structuring recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in corporate finance, accounting and other advisory teams to provide integrated client solutions.
- Review and oversee work produced by junior team members, offering guidance and technical support.
- Maintain awareness of changing tax legislation to ensure all advice remains accurate and compliant.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify new tax planning opportunities.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified (or working towards)
- Tax advisory experience working in either corporate or private client tax
- Experience working with business owners or OMBs
- Compliance backgrounds with some advisory exposure can also be considered
