- Manage the director's diary and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the director.
- Organise meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records.
- Act as a point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for projects and presentations.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the director's daily responsibilities.
