We are looking for a Secretary to support a Consultant Psychiatrist, working predominantly remotely with the occasional visit to her home in North West London.
This Secretary should have a minimum of 5 years secretarial experience and should be confident in extensive audio -typing and Google Suite. The current lady in the position is leaving after 16 years and our client would love a candidate who is looking for longevity in their next role. The Secretary will have exposure to confidential information so discretion is paramount.
Typical Secretary duties will include:
- Handling all communications - this Secretary will be the first point of contact for all calls and emails
- Extensive phone and email management
- Fielding of referrals
- Handling of appointment booking and availability
- Proof-reading of reports
- Filing and typical office admin
- Audio - typing
- Ordering of office supplies
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with great flexibility because working remotely is encouraged
